We are just loving the color scheme that was picked out for KK and Mike's wedding at the William Aiken House! Playing off the classic blue and white china patterns, you saw those colors highlighted from the bridesmaid's dresses, to the ceremony programs, flowers done by Palmetto Bloom, reception decor by EventHaus, as well as of course to the dinnerware provided by Polished!. A Charleston Bride did such an amazing job incorporating this theme throughout the entire design of the wedding. The affair had a sophisticated feel with the black tie attire of the groomsmen and seated dinner design with a fun touch of the groomsmen's stars and stripes socks to the ice cream sundae station. Aaron and Jillian Photography did a fabulous job capturing KK and Mike's day from start to finish.
The ceremony began on the lawn with the cocktail hour taking place in the rear courtyard with the Bob Williams Duo providing the musical entertainment. Guests enjoyed a seated dinner on the second floor of the House as well as on the open air terraces. The first dances and reception under the tent took off with music by Tidewater Music Group. After a fun-filled evening of dancing and partying, the couple made their exit to a sea of sparklers and headed out in a very Charleston-esque pedi-cab!
